For B.Tech. Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering the Eligibility requirement is +2I with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent with minimum 60 / 55% marks as mentioned in the institute prospectus

Yup you can go for iit .you can go for pcmb group.still you can score good marks from physics and chemistry.
