I am a PCB student. I want to do my Masters in MBA HR or business management. What should I take in my Bachelors?

You can choose any graduate course like B.Tech, B.Sc. BA, etc. Remember only one thing that after graduating prepare for CAT and then go for MBA and make your career.

Any Degree is acceptable to do MBA in HR, but I'm not sure about business management.
