I am a PCB student in ISC boards. Can I apply in Amity University for B.Tech CSE?

Nope, you need to have PCM background for taking any technical course as maths plays an integral part here in Engineering . If you've taken PCMB, then you can apply for engineering . Doesn't matter if it's CSE, it requires maths too.
