    • You have 60% in 12th with PCB, which meets the basic marks requirement.

    • For BCA, many colleges need Maths or Computer Science in 12th.

    • If you didn't have Maths or CS, you may not be eligible directly.

    • JIMS takes admission through entrance test and interview.

    Yes, as a PCB student with 60% in your 12th your likely eligible for admission to a BCA program at JIMS Jagannath Institute of Management Science as many BCA program accept student from various streams including PCB with the minimum percentage requirement however some  institution may require background in mathematics or computer science at the 12th grade level and JIMS specifically may require you to clear the JIMS entrance test followed by an interview for admission to their BCA program.
