I am a PCM student, what all courses are offered?

Engineering is the most sought career with PCM stream students. I would suggest you pursue B.Tech and that too in CSE as opportunities are great in this field and are expected to rise more in coming years. This field is not loner limited with IT industry. Its penetrating in almost every sector like education, health care, travel & tourism, entertainment, automobile, banking and insurance, construction, engineering, telecommunication and everywhere. So, jobs for a Computer Science engineer will always be there in IT as well as in non-IT domains. But, you should target some of the better universities out there for admissions like IIT, NIT, BITS, DU, UPES-Dehradun and UTM Shillong which have good infrastructure and provide quality education and placements as well.
