    Hi Raja,
    Radio Jockeying as it looks like is not just about talking, it also includes music programming, scripting, presenting radio shows and lending voice to commercials, documentaries, etc. So one has to be very enthusiastic, confident, witty, spontaneous and creative. You need to have great inter-personal skills, clear diction and understand voice modulation. AIR holds auditions every three months and selected RJs are given training for two months and introduced to audio technology.
