Hi Vinay, Master's degree eligibility will be based on your Bachelor's degree. Since, you have not mentioned the specialization you are looking for, you can check all the details at official website. www.daaddelhi.org

Yes you can. It will be considered if it relates to your Master's in any way. The best thing is to write to the university as they respond quickly.
