I am a PGDCA from SMU, Art's Graduate, CCNP (Routing) Certified. Working as TL in Network field. I want to do something. What are options.

I have passed BA with 45 %. 12th by 58 %. I have experience of 5 years. I am not getting sufficient salary and i am not sure about my future in this job. I want to do something else but need to sure about the future. I mean what i will get after the course etc. I m ready to go abroad.
