I am a PGDM grad from AIMA. I would like to go into research or teaching field in the Management. What course should I take to reach my Aim?

Is there a course to make me fit into that level? I am also interested to continue further education. someone please help me to clear my trauma. I have 2 years of experience post to PGDM. Give me details of what courses could I take.... Please.
