I am a PGDM ,Marketing fresher.Hopefully I will be placed within a month. So, what next studies option I could have related to this field after that , if want to do after say one year of experience? Am I eligible for a PhD?

It good to here that you will be placed. You can go for SAP training in CRM module which will be helpful to you in your career
