Yes, you must carry your original PwD certificate (or UDID card) to the JEE Main exam centre to avail of relaxation or scribe services.

Yes, the candidates who have claimed PwD reservation in the JEE Main form have to carry their PwD certificate to the exam centre on the exam day.
