I am a science graduate and my CAT score is 64.5, 12th is 95%, 10th-92%, and graduation is 91.1%. Am I eligible for BITS MBA?

Your CAT Score is low, but since BITS Pilani follows a profile based selection, I would suggest you to apply. You may get a call, keep your hopes high.

Sai, your CAT score is too low to fetch you a call. I would recommend to try next year as MBA is costly and makes a lot of difference in your career and no decent college would give you a call with this score.
