I am a science graduate of the year 1994.Now I am a govt. servent. to built a career in IT.what should I do m.sc.(I.T.) or MCA

I do not want to simply obtain the degree or increase my knowledge but I want to earn more and want to serve with infosys/TCS etc. with the handsome salary. I am 38 years old now. I am a gazetted officer in central govt for the last 7 years. I desire to have the clearcut view.
