I am a science graduate with 45.88% from PCM. Where can I do higher studies like M.Sc or B.Ed.

You cannot do M.Sc without Bachelor's degree. I would suggest you join a Bachelor's programme of your preference. From your marks I believe that you are not great in Science, there are other programs out there that you can try apart from Science courses.

There are many university like barkhatullaha university, rani durgavati university, IGNOU, and one suggestion that I may give you go for any private college instead of government institute they will easily give admission.
