Yes You are eligible for a course in Interior design. But I am not sure if NIT Raipur offersa course in Interior design. CEPT, Ahmedabad offers an UG course in Interior Design. apart from this Amity University in NOIDA offers a UG course in Interior design. You can also do various short term diplom
