I am a science student. I want to make my career in the banking field. Which course should I pursue among B.Com and B.Sc?

You can go for banking by pursuing any of the courses as the entrances for most of the banks are aptitude tests. Being a science student, you should go for B.Sc as it would help you a lot with your concepts.
