Some colleges like Anamali / University of Kashmir / Guru Nanak Dev University offer distance LL.B. ( academic) which is not valid for practise. Also you can do only 3 year LL.B.

There are several universities in India which offer LL.B. Programme courses through correspondence or LL.B. Distance education mode. In order to apply for a correspondence course in law:
Go to the official website of the university you wish to take admission to. If the form is to be filled online
Fill and submit it and make the payment of the application fee through net banking or a debit/ credit card.
