I am a serving soldier with 20-years of service, with experience in the secretarial job & want to do a course on HR. Can you suggest some?
I am a graduate in pol. science (final year result awaited) & am planning to do a PGD in HR (1-year course) Kindly confirm is PGDHR is good as compared to MBA (2-year) for me.

Mostly Army men are hired for administrative work and also for HR related thing. A 1 year PG Diploma is good, however, an MBA will be a better option. More than degree, your experience will be valued in the corporate.
