Things look easy if you have a degree qualification at hand, very few, mainly un recognised institutes offer MBA for diploma with about 5 years experience, I am not very sure whether KSOU is still offering the scheme.

yes mr.rajith you can eligible for MBA...choose only if you are intrested in HR,and also you have to study hard...All the best

Ranjit you can not apply for higher study firstly you can pursue your graduation then you doin MBA
