I am a software professional with 4 yrs of exp, I want to join lecturership in MBA colleges, is distance leaning a good idea?
I am willing to do MBA from distance learning course, would it be valid for lecturership in any good MBA colleges?

Hi,
Yes you can get a job as a lecturer; provided you hold the M.B.A degree which is approved and recognized by Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC.
After MBA, you may apply for UGC NET which is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
