I am a student at Nalbari College having botany major. My B.Sc result percentage is only 60%. What can I do after it? Please guide me.

You can prepare for civil services or you can be a research scholar if you are keen to take botany, you may also apply for various posts where Masters in botany is required. It's all up to you.
