I am a student of 12 std from commerce stream.my dad wants me to try for I.A.S post but i want to do a job that would give me better returns

I did my 10 in a c.b.s.e school and stood first with 10 c.g.p.a,in 11 i got 93.7% marks and got second position in my school.
