I am a student of +2 [PCM] & want to be an aeronautical engineer, what should I do to be that?

It's very nice to hear your enthusiasm for Aeronautical branch of Engineering. But may I ask you a question why this particular branch? This branch has the aura but on ground, the placements are very hard to come by. Majority of the students end up doing MBA or going abroad for their MS. Please have a look once again at your thought process and you may decide to change your branch. Okay. The procedure for admission in Aeronautical branch is exactly same as for any other branch of engineering. You will have to appear for entrance exam that is assigned by your state for admission to engineering colleges. Alternatively...more -

5 years agoIt's really easy. You should write the entrance exam first. There is the JEE which is the main exam and then there are entrance examinations which are specific for each college. So I would advise you to write the JEE and the exams of the colleges in which aeronautical engineering is offered. The requirements will be given in the college's website itself. SRM is one of the colleges that offers aeronautical engineering course.
