There are 2 things .one is that minimum qualification for appearing in IAS is graduation so u should complete your graduation as b.tech .second is that after completion of your b.tech degree at least you have a secure carrier option .so concentrate on your study and think about IAS or any thing als

For UPSC minimum qualification is GRADUATION, so after completing only you should go for it.

Hi,
The minimum educational requirement to be eligible to write the UPSC exam is graduate degree holder from a recognized University.As per your qualification you are still ineligible for the same and may try the next year.
