I am a student of B.Sc 2nd year. Can I appear for GMAT 2018 and get admission with that score after B.Sc?

Hello Manu, Higher studies are purely based on also what kind of a job or role or position you are looking out for. As far as MBA is concerned, if you look at it the main role and responsibility is managing the work as well as delegation. But for doing justice to this role, one needs to know the ground rule or the basics of the job. Yes you can get admission on the basis of GMAT score having an undergraduate degree B.Sc but more preference will be given to you if you have a minimum of 2 years full time experience excluding the internships.
