    Most of the universities ask for graduation (not necessarily in mass communication) to pursue a Master's degree. It is a matter of your interest.

    Yes, if you are passionate about it, then you should do it. There is a need of IT people in journalism field, so it is possible that you can work with your stream (IT) in journalism too.
