Dear Asil, the best law schools are in US and UK - universities of Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, Yale, NYU, Stanford, London School of Economics and Political Science, UC Berkeley and Columbia. You may refer to Princeton Review law school rankings for more options.

Yes, they are on merit basis. Think about education loan too. Check the Princeton website for more options, little less expensive ones.
