I am a student of Calcutta University.If I fail to score 50% aggregate in my grad,wont I be able to apply for your institute with MAT score?

As per rule, you may apply with your MAT score card. But selection depends on 1. 10th, 12th & graduation marks; 2. MAT/CAT score; 3. Performance in Personal Interview.
