I am a student of class 11th and I want to study engineering in IT abroad. What is the fee structure of the same?

Do Bachelors in India and then move abroad for Masters. The labor put into studies in India may help you a lot. Germany, Netherlands and Norway are great for colleges without tuition fees. The fees and cost of living abroad along with tuition fee may be around 50 lakhs.

It is great to know your dream of about pursuing engineering abroad. It is not difficult at all. You will require about Rs. 8-10 Lakhs per year.
