you have to give entrance test for get admission in good college , if you want to get direct admission then you can choose any deemed university or college , today there are many seats remain empty and you can get direct admission

Hello Bhupender! I guess U will be appearing for jee-main and advanced. Any IIT is better than most of the collages. Best Collage for civil can be tracked during iit- counceling by observing the trends.
Same goes for jee mains(aieee). Go for NITs, then state universities and others.
