    Hi, for the required field, apply for Bachelor's in Mass media or Mass communication, and then try applying for auditions and internships.

    Firstly, pursue Graduation in Mass Communication, and then there you can get theoretical, practical knowledge. Moreover, you have to work on some basics. Which are very important to be a TV Anchor:
    You should have a knowledge of Current Affairs, Pleasant Personality and Camera Friendly Face. You can begin with Events Anchoring, It will enhance your confidence and your communication skills. And, gradually you can move ahead in your anchoring career, Make contacts, Learn More and more practically, Observe other anchors like how they host, work on your language etc. Or you can begin with internships in Media Houses, and as far as I kno

    But what is imperative is to understand what being a journalist entails. Curiosity, willingness to work hard, storytelling and using "Why chaining" when it comes to news. It is a creative line of work that involves being in line with current affairs and a sense of objectivity and facts. If you feel you love all these aspects, then journalism is an amazing choice.
