Start writing short stories for newspapers and weekly magazines. Get inspired from story writers by searching them on google. You can opt for a degree course in literature.

To become a successful writer, brush your writing skills as much. You may pursue literature or English (Hons) In case you like print media and news reporting, you may pursue journalism as well. All the best.
