I am a student of class 12th with commerce stream. Can I pursue interior design course? How is its scope?

Hi Vinit, yes definitely you can pursue interior designing. If you are passionate about design which obviously you can explore in the course of time you may choose interior designing. Interior design is about networking, marketing, selling, paperwork and design. While career prospects are huge from building your own start up to being hired by big architectural firms you need to be artistic, creative and must excel in this field to gain the experience and also the reputation. In India, salary ranges for experienced interior designers may range between Rs. 30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month. Hope it helped.
