BSc CS is a three year Bachelor's degree awarded for an undergraduate course or program in the Computer Science field. Course is designed to provide basic inputs for a broad understanding of Computer Science. It is not a rigorous course. BTech CS is more rigorous course. Wit BSc CS degree it will be

Both are 90% similar. BSC IT may have applications elective. CS has more theory paper. I will recommit that you go for BCA because it is a widely accepted degree.
