Yes, you can. Engineering colleges in Gujarat also admit students in the lateral mode directly into the second year of four year degree course of Engineering. This is based on the marks obtained in the diploma examination. In view of this it is quite clear that if you have set your heart in getting admission in LD College of Engineering Ahmedabad, then you better score well because this college is one of the most preferred colleges by the students of Gujarat. -
