I am a student of grade12 and as I am citizen of both India and Nepal so I want to ask the experts that wheather visa fee or process is same

By applying from which country India or Nepal it will be good and cheap for visa process and all for studying CPA?

Please don't compromise on education while saving few thousand rupees towards visa and processing fees. You need to first identify which course you wish to pursue and from which institute? Thereafter you may contact embassy of that country to get necessary details.
