I am a student of mbbs third year can i pursue b.a in history from ignou univesity simultaneously is it leagl?

I have to prepare for ias exams and im in a private medical college nd my college have mci issues so for the safe side can i get another degree with my Mbbs from ignou

You can studiy simultaneously and it is legally right but it not NOT legal to get two degrees in the same Academic year. So plan and space it accordingly.
