I am a student of NIT Trichy and my GPA is 7.61. Which US universities will i be able to join with my current GPA?

I am in my third year with one ongoing project. Since i have to start applying for universities from the next semester i wanted a little help in choosing the universities which do not stress much on the GPA alone.
