Music is something, which you can follow with any stream of your study. I would suggest you to follow any path you want to and follow music along with as having backups are always nice e. g if you want to pursue engineering or pure Science do it you'll get enough time for music to. That's totally up to you Gaurav. You have to make a choice on your own based on your interests and what you want to become.
