I am a student of St. Xavier's College, Calcutta and my maths still happens to be pretty weak. Can MBA be a good career option for me?

If you have a creative bent of mind and enjoy marketing you should join the Advertising Industry. Or if you are a good writer you could join the PR Industry.
For both the options you should ideally work for a few years and then go for a PG in Mass Communications or an MBA-Marketing.
