I am a student of the Diploma in civil engineering at West Bengal State, can I enroll in Jharkhand B.Tech (2nd year)? Please let me know.
My permanent address is of West Bengal & temporary resident is of Jharkhand. I am now in the final year of Diploma in civil engineering.

Yes, you can enroll in B.Tech programs pan India under Lateral Entry programme. But doing B.Tech from West Bengal would be a good choice instead of Jharkhand.

Yes, you can take admission in Jharkhand in any college but you have to give entrance for good colleges.
