It depends seeing over all PGDM is equlnt to MBA but some how MBA is value is lil bit higher in people's mind. But if you are getting good institute in PGDM like FORE , Welingkar etc then there is not that much difference in MBA and PGDM. judge the course by your pocket , needs and institute's re
