i am a syjc(com) student, maths and i.t are my optional subject,i want to pursue career in the field of i.t. which course should i prefer?

should i go for bsc(it) or for bca? what are the differences between these courses? what are its scope? or should i go for bcom and correspondingly do bca? please help, i am confused.
