For a probationer, it is one day Casual Leave (CL) every month. After confirmation, you are entitled to Earned Leave (EL) , Medical (Sick) Leave , Extraordinary Leave, Special Leave, Study Leave. For details, please procure Swamy's Guide to Central Government Rules. This will give you a clearer idea
