Full time MBA (regular mode of education) is always preferable. However, it will make you leave your job unless your company provides you leave without pay to study further.

    Dear Sanyukta Basak,
If you go for a full-time MBA with a good institution that will add to your career. Here, what matters most is the business scholl from which you are pursuing this course. You can also go for E-MBA if you want to but placement is what matters in it. I would suggest you to better go for full time MBA from the best business school. All the best.

E-MBA will be more beneficial as you already have 3 years of experience. This will give you more exposure related to management field and the overall knowledge of this course. Also, this course is pursued by experienced professionals only, so you will get a better learning environment also.
