i am a trainer for soft skills. do the correspondence courses into english or soft skills hold any value???
i am an MBA. i have two years experience in training soft skills. i dont hold any degree or diploma for english language or soft skills. but now i want to do a certified course through distance learning to enhance my knowledge.

I would say, if you want to enhance your English speaking skills, a correspondence programme would not be of any use, as correspondence programme would not give you a platform where you can interact with your faculty, your classmates, which is the real booster to develop the skill.
