I am a Ukraine returned student. Can I get transfer to Ulayanovsk University in Russia? Is it possible?

The answer is Yes. Any Indian student who wants to transfer their remaining study to Russia can complete their remaining study in Russians University. You will need your Passport, Transcript ( online/offline) and student Id of Ukrainian university. And also you don't need to pay your tuition fee upf
