Hi,i am narayani n due to some health issues in the end i did complete my 4 year course in 5 years which is said to be an irregular with 2nd class n my question is am i eligible to study aboard(in london)

Yes, you may surely pursue masters degree abroad, however please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
