Sikkim Manipal University and Amity University offer MBA programme through distance mode. Also, IGNOU offers MBA too. But in my opinion, SMU will be easier to pursue, because it is very flexible for working people.

Part-time MBA is for working professionals. There are various institutions which provide part time MBA to such working people. The sessions are held on weekends for such people. Again, it depends from institute to institute. You can work and do your MBA simultaneously. Universities are IMT, symboisis, Manipal etc.
