I want to complete my TYB Com but as m a working lady i need help from where i can complete my BCom.?

One of the options is to appear as a private candidate. For this you may contact Registrar's office of the University or Authorities of the college near your place. Another option is to compelte your graduation through distance education course from open universities like IGNOU.
